Saves the current document on a storage medium like a hard
disk under a name you specify.
A disk works like a filing cabinet with folders and subfolders
that group similar files. You can save files with new names, save them in different
folders, or save them on different drives.
Steps
Choose Save As from the File menu. The Save File dialog
box appears.
Select the folder where you want to save the file from
the folder lists.
Type a filename for the file. or
Select the file you want to replace with the saved file from the Files list.
