View Menu

Purpose

Use the options on the View menu to modify the way your document is displayed on screen. Modifying these options does not affect the document's appearance when printing.

Steps

1. Choose View on the menu bar.
2. Choose one of the following options:

Draft

Page

Zoom

Toolbars

Visual Styles

Simple Symbols

User Symbols

Options
