Vertical Brace

Bows and Braces, Vertical Brace

Purpose

Use Vertical Brace to add a vertical brace to the selected cells of the current column or to remove a vertical brace from the current column.

Steps

To add a vertical brace to a column,

1. In the Bows and Braces dialog, choose the Vertical Brace tab.
2. Select a number of cells within one column.
3. Choose Add Brace.

To remove a vertical brace from a column,

1. In the Bows and Braces dialog, choose the Vertical Brace tab.
2. Select the cells the brace is enclosing.
3. Choose Delete.
